Ways to work together
You are good at what you do. And the role asks more of you than most people around you will ever fully understand.
From the outside, you look capable, composed, and in control. And you are. But that is only part of the picture.
You are holding a lot — the decisions, the people, the pressure, the expectations — often with very little genuine support for you. Not for the role. For you.
At some point, that starts to show. Not always on the outside. But in the way your energy has quietly shifted, in the decisions that feel harder than they should, in the sense that something needs to change but you haven't had the space to work out what.
That is what this work is for. There are three ways to work with me, and no single right starting point. What matters is finding the right fit for where you are right now.
Start here
Most of us developed patterns early in life that helped us cope, succeed, and stay safe. In leadership, those same patterns can start to work against us — quietly, and often without us realising. Which one shapes how you lead?
The Overgiver
Puts others first automatically — her team, her family, her organisation — and finds it genuinely difficult to prioritise her own needs. She is warm, reliable, and often exhausted.
The Overprotector
Holds on tightly — to standards, to control, to the way things are done. Delegating feels risky. Letting go feels impossible. The pressure she carries is largely self-imposed.
The Overworker
Cannot switch off. There is always more to do, and rest feels like falling behind. She performs well, but the cost to her energy and her life outside work is real.
The Self-Doubter
Questions herself even when she already knows the answer. She is capable and experienced, but under pressure the doubt is louder than the evidence.
The Outsider
Feels on the edge, even in rooms where she belongs. She has earned her place — but something in her still waits to be found out.

4 weeks · Self-pacedThis is a four-week online programme for women who want to understand their patterns — and are ready to do something about them.
It is self-paced, so you work through it in your own time, around a full and unpredictable schedule. No live sessions to fit in, no cohort to keep up with — just four modules you can return to whenever you have the space.
Women who have been through it leave with a clearer understanding of themselves and simple, practical tools they can reach for immediately — in the middle of a difficult day, not just in theory.

Group online programme
10 months · CohortThis is a ten-month group programme for women who are ready to invest seriously in how they lead — and in the person doing the leading.
It combines structured leadership development with the kind of inner work that most leadership training never touches. Each month has a clear theme — delegation, difficult conversations, managing up, leading through change — and alongside the practical skills, you will be looking honestly at the patterns and beliefs that shape how you show up in those moments.
It goes further than that too. A leader who is running on empty cannot think clearly, make good decisions, or hold the people around her steadily. This programme takes your energy, your wellbeing, and your capacity seriously — including the impact of perimenopause on performance, which affects more women in leadership than anyone acknowledges.
The goal is not just to make you a better leader. It is to help you find a way of leading that you can actually sustain — one that does not cost you your health, your relationships, or your sense of self.
The women you go through this with will understand what you are carrying in a way that few people in your life do. That peer relationship is one of the things participants consistently say stays with them long after the programme ends.

1:1 coaching
Executive pathway · 10 sessionsThis is the most personal way to work with me — and the most direct.
It is for the woman who is carrying something specific. A role that has become genuinely unsustainable. A loss of confidence that has built slowly under sustained pressure. A decision she cannot think through clearly alone. A sense that something needs to change but she has not yet had the space to work out what.
The sessions are shaped entirely around you — your situation, your patterns, your leadership, and your life. There is no fixed curriculum. What we work on is whatever matters most to you at that point.
There are moments when what you need is the right question. And moments when what you need is someone who has sat in the same chair, carried the same weight, and can speak directly from that experience.
What makes this different from most executive coaching is that it holds leadership and wellbeing together — the intellectual, the emotional, and the physical — because in reality they are inseparable.
Much of what you carry as a senior leader is rightly confidential. Having a thinking partner who sits completely outside your organisation, and who understands from direct experience what the role actually asks of you, creates a space that is rarer than it should be.
