You are good at your job. On the inside, something else is happening.
You care about the people you lead, and you take your responsibilities seriously. You are also probably finding that the demands of the role — and everything alongside it — leave very little room for you. On the outside, you look composed. On the inside, you are often questioning yourself: second-guessing decisions, replaying conversations, wondering whether you are doing enough.
You may have noticed that you overthink things more than you would like to. That self-doubt creeps in at exactly the moments when you most need to be clear. That you sometimes feel reactive, or disconnected from the version of yourself you would like to be as a leader.
This programme is for the woman who knows that something needs to shift — not in her skills or her knowledge, but in her relationship with herself. You do not need to be struggling to belong here. You simply need to want a different way of leading — one that actually works for you.
"I now feel a sense of relief — because I feel understood, seen, and not alone in navigating life. I feel much more content, on an even keel, and overall calmer."
Margo
Not about learning more. About understanding what is already getting in the way.
Lead with Inner Calm is a short, practical four-week programme. Each module includes pre-recorded lessons worked through at your own pace, a breathwork exercise, a guided visualisation, and a reflection journal to help you bring what you are learning into your real life — not just think about it.
You have 12 months' access, so you can return to any part of it as your situation changes. And for some women, four weeks opens something up that they want to take further. Where that is the case, this programme is a natural starting point for deeper work.
Most participants describe gaining a quieter mind. A clearer sense of their own values and judgement. A growing ability to pause before they react.
A clearer understanding of the hidden patterns driving your behaviour under pressure
Simple, practical tools for interrupting those patterns in real time
A stronger connection to your own values and what genuinely matters to you
Greater trust in your own judgement and a calmer relationship with self-doubt
A personal way of working that supports clear thinking and confident decision-making over time
Most of us developed these patterns early in life.
They helped us cope, succeed and stay safe.
But over time, without realising it, they can start to quietly work against us.
Overgiver — puts others first automatically, often at the cost of her own energy and needs
Overprotector — controls everything and finds it hard to delegate or let go
Self-Doubter — questions herself even when she already knows the answer
Overworker — cannot switch off and is always driving forward
Outsider — feels on the edge, even in rooms where she belongs
Most women recognise themselves in more than one. The course helps you recognise which patterns are most active for you — and more importantly and begin to work with them rather than be driven by them
You begin by recognising the hidden patterns that sit beneath pressure — patterns like overworking, overgiving, or self-doubt. These are not character flaws. They are responses that developed for good reasons and have often served you well. This week, you begin to see them clearly for the first time.
Outcome: Greater awareness of what is driving your reactions, and the ability to notice these patterns earlier.
You learn simple, practical ways to pause before you react — including breathwork, grounding questions, and small behavioural shifts that are easy to use in the moment. The goal is not to eliminate your reactions, but to create enough space to choose a different response.
Outcome: More control in the moment, and a growing ability to respond rather than react.
You explore what genuinely matters to you, reconnect with your core values, and begin to rebuild trust in your own judgement. This is the week where the quieter, more certain version of yourself starts to come back into focus.
Outcome: Clearer thinking, stronger alignment with your values, and a growing sense of self-trust.
You bring everything together, reflect on what has shifted, and create a simple personal practice to carry this work forward. The aim is not a one-off reset — it is a way of working that stays with you.
Outcome: A clear, personal approach to calm, confident decision-making that supports you beyond the four weeks.
"I was interested in this because I had lost confidence in myself and allowed self-doubt to influence my decisions. The course exceeded my expectations. In each lesson, Jo explored the patterns of behaviour that lead to self-doubt in depth, offering gentle but powerful strategies for making small changes." - Michelle
"Jo created a space for women to explore external and internal pressures without blame, shame, or toxic positivity. I really appreciated how neutral all of the information felt." - Christina
"This isn't just something you learn and move on from — it stays with you and continues to shape how you relate to yourself and others. What I gained most is a greater sense of awareness and compassion toward myself. I've learned that I don't have to just push through or react automatically. I can pause, reflect, and reconnect with my values." - Andreia
"You know a course is truly worthwhile when you don't even question whether you can fit it in — you simply plan your day around it, because you know it is going to be insightful." - Rhiannon

She has led. And she has lived it too.
Jo Urquhart has over 25 years of senior leadership experience, including twelve years as CEO of two organisations. She has led through complexity, managed boards, navigated public pressure, and carried the particular weight that comes with being responsible for an entire organisation and the people within it — while also being a wife and a mother to two boys.
At 49, she relocated from Scotland to Italy — a decision that asked her to trust herself in a way no leadership manual had prepared her for. That experience, alongside everything she learned over two decades of real organisational life, sits at the heart of what she brings to the women she supports.
Her approach is part coaching, part mentoring, and always grounded in direct experience of the role. She supports women to think clearly, trust their judgement, and lead in a way that feels sustainable and true to who they are.
