Taken at a pace that works for you, across a timescale you choose — most leaders move through them over six to twelve months.

Between-session support

Light-touch WhatsApp or email contact between sessions. If something urgent comes up, there is the option to jump on a short call. For a leader managing live, unpredictable situations, this makes a significant practical difference.
